In 2010, Lauri and Mike Dugan started Regional Insurance Services Company (RISCOM) with the intention of providing quality products and superior service. RISCOM achieves this standard of excellence through their highly knowledgeable and experienced team. Lauri Dugan is currently the Executive Vice Present & Underwriting Manager of RISCOM. In this position, Lauri manages RISCOMs underwriting department and supervises production, profitability and underwriting workflow processes on a daily basis. Lauri has been in the insurance industry for 26 years and uses her wealth of knowledge to manage RISCOMs successful underwriting team. RISCOM partnered with Vantage Agora to ensure their standard of excellence. Lauri has traveled to India on two occasions to train and assist the development of the RISCOM VAR team. In her spare time, Lauri enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with her family. She has two children, Parker and Lauri Beth, who are also in the insurance industry.
