Customer Experience Specialist

Thomas holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from the Ohio State University, where he also played club baseball. Most recently Thomas was a history teacher and baseball / basketball coach for Notre Dame Cathedral Latin (NDCL) in Cleveland. There, he had the pleasure of coaching our CEO, Sudhir’s sons and, knowing great talent when he sees it, Sudhir recruited Thomas to help out the team at Vantage Agora.

His excellent speaking and communication skills, along with his background in education make him a great fit to help VA develop and implement a more robust training program. Thomas joined the VA team as a full-time employee in the summer of 2016 and will no doubt help the company rise to great heights. An avid Cleveland Sports enthusiast, Thomas also hosts a blog on all different topics related to sports.
